Structural Frame & Load Paths
Also known asPrimary StructureMain Steel Frame

A Primary Steel Frame is the main load-bearing steel skeleton of columns and beams that carries a building's principal gravity and lateral loads down to the foundations. In data centers the primary frame supports floors, roof and heavy rooftop and suspended plant, and its grid and capacity are set by equipment loads, clear spans and future flexibility.
