A VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) Panel is the control and detection unit of an aspirating smoke detection system that continuously draws air samples through a pipe network and analyses them with a laser detector. In data centers it provides very early warning of smoke at concentrations far below conventional detectors, enabling intervention before fire develops in sensitive IT spaces.
