Service Level Indicator

Service Levels
Also known asSLI

A Service Level Indicator (SLI) is the actual quantitative measurement of a service attribute — for example measured uptime, latency or error rate — used to judge whether a service level objective is being met. SLIs are the raw metrics collected from monitoring, SLOs are the targets set for them, and SLAs are the contractual promises built on both.
