The Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) is a hierarchy of the responsible managers and roles in a project or enterprise, used in Primavera P6 to assign accountability and control access to EPS nodes and projects. It maps who is responsible for which parts of the work and governs security. In data-center delivery the OBS ties schedule ownership and permissions to the project organization.
