A Fluke Test is the certification testing of copper or fibre cabling using a handheld cable analyser (commonly Fluke Networks instruments) to verify performance against standards such as ANSI/TIA or ISO/IEC. It measures parameters like insertion loss, crosstalk, return loss and length, issuing pass/fail results. In data centers it certifies structured cabling before handover.
