Waste Heat

Water & Heat Reuse
Also known asReject heatExcess heat

Waste Heat is the low-grade thermal energy produced as a by-product of running IT equipment, effectively all the electrical power consumed by servers converted into heat. Conventionally rejected to atmosphere, it can instead be captured and reused for building heating or district energy, turning a cooling burden into a resource and improving the facility's carbon profile.
