A Submittal Register is a controlled log tracking every technical submittal a contractor must provide for review and approval, such as shop drawings, product data, samples and method statements, with status, dates and responsible parties. On data-center projects it manages the large volume of MEP and equipment submittals, ensuring approvals precede fabrication and installation and that review turnaround does not delay procurement.
