Resource Leveling is a scheduling technique that adjusts activity timing within available float, or extends the programme, so resource demand does not exceed availability and peaks are smoothed. It produces a realistic, resourced plan. On data-center projects leveling balances constrained trades, cranes and commissioning teams across concurrent halls, preventing over-allocation that would make the schedule undeliverable.
