Practical Completion (PC) is the contractual milestone at which works are sufficiently complete for the client to take possession and use, with only minor defects outstanding on a snagging list. In data-center projects it marks the transfer of the facility, triggers the defects-liability period, and typically follows successful commissioning of critical systems.
