Power Cord Locking

Servers & Racks
Also known asLocking Power CordCord Retention

Power Cord Locking is any mechanism that secures a power cord to an outlet or inlet so it cannot be pulled out or vibrate loose. In data centers locking cords, retention clips and locking PDU outlets prevent accidental disconnection during maintenance or cable movement, protecting uptime for single-corded and dual-corded equipment alike. It is standard practice in critical facilities.
