A Network Availability SLA is a provider's guarantee of the uptime of its network or connectivity services, expressed as a percentage over a measurement period, with credits for shortfalls. It covers the availability of the provider-managed network path rather than the customer's own equipment, and typically defines measurement points, packet-loss and latency targets, and exclusions.
