An Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is a structured document listing the sequence of inspections, tests, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and reference standards for a defined scope of work, together with hold, witness and review points and the records each step produces. In data-center delivery ITPs govern quality verification for CSA and MEP works and feed the evidence trail required for commissioning and turnover.
