Issued for Permit (IFP) is a drawing or document status indicating the deliverable is released to the authority having jurisdiction to obtain building or construction permits. In data centers, IFP submissions must demonstrate code compliance for the permitting process, and may differ from the later issued-for-construction set that incorporates further detail and coordination.
