An I/O Schedule (input/output schedule) tabulates the physical and virtual signals connecting a controller to field devices, listing each input and output with its type, range, terminal, wiring and associated equipment. In data centers the I/O schedule sizes controllers and modules, guides installation and wiring, and underpins point-to-point verification of the BMS and controls during commissioning.
