Primavera P6 & Scheduling Structure
Also known asEnterprise Project Structure

The Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) is the top-level, hierarchical framework in Primavera P6 that organizes all projects in the database into a tree, typically by region, business unit, client or programme. It sits above individual projects and their WBS, providing the structure for portfolio roll-up, security and reporting. On data-center portfolios the EPS groups multiple site and phase projects under a common hierarchy.
