An EPC Contract is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction arrangement in which a single contractor takes responsibility for designing, procuring and building the works, usually for a fixed price and completion date, and hands over a ready-to-operate facility. It concentrates risk and single-point accountability with the contractor. It is common on data-center projects that prioritise price and schedule certainty over owner control of the design detail.
