Emissions Permit

Generators & Fuel Systems
Also known asair permitair-quality permit

An Emissions Permit is a regulatory authorization defining the air pollutants a facility may release and under what conditions, including limits, run-hour caps, monitoring and reporting. For data centers it chiefly governs generator operation, influencing fuel choice, after-treatment such as SCR, and how often standby plant may be tested or run, and it can constrain siting and expansion.
