Differential Pressure is the difference in pressure between two locations, such as across a raised floor, a containment boundary or a filter. In data centers it is monitored to confirm correct airflow direction and volume, keep cold aisles slightly pressurized and detect clogged filters. Maintaining target differential pressure is central to airflow and containment control.
