Growing Facility Complexity: Rapidly rising rack densities and liquid cooling demands are outpacing traditional construction and labor availability.
Cascading Delay Costs: A missed milestone affects financing costs, contractual penalties, and future capacity commitments.
Discipline Around Time: Achieving completion certainty requires early risk visibility and treating schedule management with the same discipline as financial capital.
