A Test Data Sheet is the structured record on which measured values, instrument readings, pass/fail results and witness signatures are captured during a specific commissioning test. In a data center, completed test data sheets for load bank runs, pump curves, breaker trips and integrity tests form the evidentiary backbone of the commissioning report and the client's acceptance decision.
