A Technical Gallery is a dedicated service corridor or space running alongside or between data halls that carries mechanical and electrical distribution, such as cooling units, busways, piping and cabling. Locating this plant in a gallery keeps maintenance and equipment access outside the IT space, reducing disruption and security exposure within the data hall.
