A Pod is a self-contained, repeatable block of a data hall — typically a group of racks with its own power, cooling and containment — used as the unit of deployment when scaling capacity. Building in pods standardizes design, speeds commissioning and lets an operator add capacity in predictable increments rather than fitting out an entire hall at once.
