Panic Hardware

Doors, Openings & Security Interfaces
Also known aspanic exit deviceexit hardware

Panic Hardware is a category of door-exit devices that release the latch when a horizontal bar or touchpad is pushed, enabling unobstructed emergency egress and certified to standards such as EN 1125 or UL 305. In data centers it is fitted to egress doors on escape routes, often integrated with access control so exit is always free while entry stays restricted.
