Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) is an umbrella term for techniques that shift work off site into controlled factory environments, including volumetric modules, panelised systems and prefabricated assemblies. It improves quality, safety and schedule certainty. Data-center delivery uses MMC for modular power and cooling rooms, prefabricated plant skids and repeatable data-hall components on fast-track, multi-site rollouts.
