Estimate to Complete (ETC) is the forecast cost of the remaining work needed to finish the project from the current point, either derived from performance indices or re-estimated bottom-up. Added to actual cost, it yields the estimate at completion. On data-center programmes ETC quantifies the expected remaining spend and supports cash-flow and budget management.
