Dynamic Commissioning is testing performed with equipment energized and operating, often under artificial load, to prove real performance and control response. In a data center it includes running chillers and pumps, discharging UPS onto load banks, and starting generators, demonstrating that systems behave correctly under thermal and electrical stress before IT load is introduced.
