Clash Detection

Design Management
Also known asClash checkingInterference checking

Clash Detection is the process of using coordinated BIM models to identify physical or spatial conflicts between building systems, such as ductwork crossing structure or cable trays intersecting pipework, before construction. In data centers, where dense MEP infrastructure is packed into tight spaces, it prevents costly on-site rework and supports precise prefabrication and installation.
