A BIM Model is a Building Information Modeling dataset: a coordinated 3D digital representation of a facility enriched with data on geometry, components, and properties. In data-center delivery it integrates architectural, structural, and MEP systems for spatial coordination, clash detection, quantity take-off, and handover, and can carry into operations as a digital twin.
