Change Management

Operations Procedures

Change Management is the formal process for requesting, reviewing, approving, scheduling and documenting any modification to a data center's critical systems or configurations. It assesses risk, requires an approved method statement and rollback plan, and controls who may work and when. Rigorous change management is a leading defence against human-error outages, which cause a large share of incidents.
