A-Side and B-Side Power refers to two independent, redundant power distribution paths (A and B) feeding the same equipment from separate sources, so that failure or maintenance of one path does not interrupt the load. Dual-corded IT equipment draws from both, forming the basis of 2N and 2N+1 resilience and enabling concurrent maintenance of the power chain.
