A Trade Contractor is a contractor specialising in a particular trade or discipline, such as electrical, mechanical, fire protection or steelwork, engaged to deliver that specific scope. In data centers, trade contractors are coordinated by the main contractor or construction manager and, under construction-management delivery, may contract directly with the owner for their package.
