A Toolbox Talk is a short, focused safety briefing delivered to a work crew, usually at the start of a shift or before a specific task, to reinforce hazards, controls and site rules. It keeps safety front of mind and records that workers were informed. On data-center sites toolbox talks are used to brief crews on daily risks such as lifting operations, live services and changing site logistics.
