A Schedule Health Check is a structured review that assesses the quality and reliability of a project schedule using metrics and tests, such as the DCMA 14-point checks, to find missing logic, excessive constraints, unrealistic durations, open ends and float anomalies. On data-center programmes it is performed before accepting a baseline and periodically thereafter to ensure the programme remains a trustworthy control tool.
