A Pressurization Unit automatically maintains the correct water pressure in a sealed hydronic system, using pumps, a break tank and controls to add make-up water and manage expansion. In data centers it keeps chilled- and heating-water loops at the design pressure, preventing air ingress, pump cavitation and boiling, and works with the expansion vessel to accommodate volume changes.
