Powered Land

Also known asPowered Site

A Powered Land site is a parcel of land where firm electrical utility capacity has been secured and interconnection is in place or committed, but no data-center building has yet been constructed. Because grid capacity is now the scarcest input for large developments, powered land commands a premium and lets a developer move straight into design and construction rather than waiting years for a utility connection.
