Power Availability is the degree to which adequate grid capacity can be secured and energized within a project's schedule, accounting for utility lead times, substation headroom and required network reinforcements. In supply-constrained markets it is often the decisive factor in site selection, because power that cannot be delivered on time effectively caps the deliverable IT load.
