A Lease Agreement is a contract granting a tenant the right to occupy and use data-center space or a whole facility for a defined term in exchange for rent. In wholesale and build-to-suit arrangements it may cover a powered shell or fully fitted capacity, specifying committed power, term, rent, and responsibilities for operation and maintenance.
