Grid-to-Chip is a design and planning philosophy that treats the entire electrical path — from the utility grid connection through transformation, distribution, UPS and power distribution down to the processor on the server board — as one integrated system to be optimized for efficiency, reliability and speed of delivery. It has gained prominence with AI workloads, where losses or delays at any stage limit how much compute a site can support.
