The Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact is a European self-regulatory initiative in which data-center and cloud operators commit to making their facilities climate neutral by 2030. Signatories pledge measurable targets for energy efficiency, renewable or carbon-free power, water conservation, heat reuse and circular-economy practices, including PUE and WUE goals. It was designed to support the EU Green Deal and pre-empt harder regulation.
