A Construction Manager (CM) is the party responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising construction on behalf of the owner or as the delivery lead, managing trade contractors, logistics, programme, safety and quality. In data centers the CM drives field execution and multi-trade coordination, often under a construction management delivery model where trades contract directly with the owner.
