A Roof Curb is a raised, weatherproofed frame mounted on a roof to support and seal the base of rooftop equipment such as air handlers, fans or louvers. It elevates the unit above the roof membrane, provides a structural mounting point, and creates a flashed, watertight interface. In data centers, curbs carry cooling and ventilation plant while protecting the envelope from leaks.
